Standing Shipping Time:

USA: 7 to 25 working days
Others: 15 to 45 working days

Express Shipping Time:
5 to 7 working days with DHL

How to pay for the express shipping:
1.Contact our customer service team before you place the order.
2.Pay the extra express shipping cost
3.DHL express shipping require your contact phone number so please make sure our service team have your contact phone number.


An email with tracking information will be send to you after order dispatched. The tracking information might not be update instantly after we handle the package to shipping company. Please allow 36 hours for the first update on the tracking web page.

Please kindly note that all packages were shipped from China and the website only start update tracking information when the package is in your local post office system. If you got the of Origin Post is Preparing Shipment on the website page, please check it again later.

If your order failed to delivered after 35 business days,we can resend it again for free or issue a full refund.

 Return

A. Customer must send the return or exchange request via email to our customer service team within 48 hours from the date the package was signed.

B. All return item must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and with all its tags on and in its original packing.

C. Customer better ship return package back with a tracking number. We can only refund customer after return package was received. We are not responsible for any lost during the return shipping.

D. For the following cases, the return cost is on customer side:
1. dislike the style, color or size
2. exchange for other item
And original shipping cost is not refundable and 20% of the product price will be deduct as replacement.

E. For the following cases, the return cost is on our side:
1. wrong item / wrong color / wrong size we sent you
2. Severely damaged item during shipping

F. The return address is different from the one printed on the package. Please do not ship anything before contact our customer service team. The return address will be send via email by our customer service team ONLY.

Order Cancellation

1.  All orders are final.

2.  Order placed within 12 hours can be canceled via email or website message/ticket, 20% of the product price will be deduct as replacement fee and we will refund you the rest.

3.  Order placed over 12 hours be will be defined as shipped order (regardless the tracking information on the tracking website site) and can NOT be canceled. You can refused to sign the package and let the package return to us.

It usually takes 2 or 3 months for us to receive the return package. We will refund you by deducting the original shipping cost and 20% of the product price as replacement fee from the total amount your paid only after we received the return package.

4.  Customized order can NOT be canceled after placed.
